Terms of Service

22 September 2026 · STRATOVA LTD · stratova.work

These terms of service govern your use of the public website at https://stratova.work, operated by STRATOVA LTD, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. They explain what the pages are for, what you may do with them, and what you should not assume. They are not the contract under which Stratova designs or supports a system. If you commission work, the terms and conditions and any statement of work govern that engagement. If those documents conflict with this page, the signed or otherwise agreed engagement terms prevail for the work itself. For mere browsing, this page and the policies it points to are enough.

1. The website is information

The site describes a technology practice: computer systems design, media streaming platforms, telecommunication solutions, custom software development, cloud and high-load architecture, social and media networks, IT consulting, network infrastructure management, data analytics and OTT services, cybersecurity and data protection, system support and monitoring including 24/7 cover where it is agreed, and enterprise API integration. The descriptions are written so that a prospective client can see the shape of the work. They are not an offer that Stratova must accept every enquiry, and they are not a warranty that a particular result will be achieved on your estate.

Portfolio texts describe kinds of systems Stratova is prepared to deliver. They are not case studies of named customers, and they do not report performance figures. Do not treat a sentence on the homepage as a service-level agreement. Availability targets, response times, and acceptance tests exist only when they are written into an engagement.

2. Who may use the site

The site is aimed at businesses and at people acting for them. You may read it if you can form a contract in your place of business or if you are simply informing yourself. You must not use the site if you are prohibited from dealing with a United Kingdom business by law that applies to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit through the contact form. Do not submit another person’s personal data carelessly, and do not submit confidential material that you are not ready to send to contact@stratova.work.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the site to read about Stratova, to contact us, and to share links to public pages. You may not misuse the site. Misuse includes attempting to gain unauthorised access to the server, probing the contact script for injection flaws beyond what is needed to send a genuine message, overloading the form with automated submissions, scraping the site in a way that degrades it for others, or using the content to impersonate Stratova. You may not upload malware through the form. The message field is text. Treat it as text.

You may not copy the site’s text or images onto another site and present them as your own services. You may quote a short passage with attribution and a link to stratova.work if the quotation is fair and not misleading. The photographs are part of the site’s presentation. They are not a stock library for you to reuse in your own materials.

4. Accounts and payments

The website does not provide user accounts, and it does not take payment. There is nothing to log into and no stored balance. A proposal or invoice, if one is issued later, will say how fees are to be paid. Do not send card numbers through the contact form. We will not ask you to.

5. Intellectual property

Unless we say otherwise, the text, layout, photographs, and mark used on the site belong to STRATOVA LTD or are used with permission. “Stratova” and the site’s visual arrangement are not given to you by the act of visiting. You receive a limited, revocable permission to display the pages in your browser for your own information. That permission ends if you breach these terms. It does not include a right to frame the site, to mirror it, or to train a public model on a bulk copy of it where that copy substitutes for the site.

If you believe material on the site infringes a right you hold, write to contact@stratova.work with the page address, the material, and the basis of your claim. We will review genuine notices. A notice that does not identify the material cannot be actioned.

6. Third-party services

Pages load fonts from Google. Your use of those font files is also subject to Google’s terms for that service. Links to the Information Commissioner’s Office, if present in a policy, leave our site. We are not responsible for third-party sites. We do not endorse a vendor merely because a technical discussion of streaming or telecommunications might refer to a class of tool.

7. No professional appointment by browsing

Reading the site, sending a form, or receiving an acknowledgement does not appoint Stratova as your supplier. An appointment starts when both sides agree scope, responsibilities, and fees, usually in a proposal you accept or in a statement of work. Until then, correspondence is exploratory. We may decline work that sits outside our practice, that we cannot staff, or that we should not take. Silence after an enquiry is not acceptance. The thanks page means only that the message reached the mailbox path. It is not a confirmation that a project has started.

8. Accuracy and availability of the website

We aim to keep the pages accurate and available. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, that every description will remain current until we edit it, or that the server will be free of faults. We may suspend the site for maintenance or to address a security issue without notice. Content is provided in good faith. It is general. It is not advice for your estate until we have been engaged to look at that estate. You should not build a procurement decision on a single paragraph if the decision needs a written proposal.

9. Liability for website use

Nothing on the site excludes liability that UK law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, Stratova is not liable for loss arising only from your use of, or inability to use, the public website: lost profits, lost data you chose to type into a form and that failed to send, or decisions you took from general pages. If a message does not arrive, the practical remedy is to email contact@stratova.work or to call +44 7537 194820. Liability for paid services is dealt with in the terms and conditions and the relevant agreement, not in this short website notice.

10. Privacy

The privacy policy and the cookie policy form part of the ground rules for using the site. By sending the form you understand that we will use the details to reply, as those policies describe. You can read the policies without sending the form.

11. Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after the change means you accept the new version for future browsing. An engagement already agreed is not rewritten by a website update.

12. Linking and security reports

You may link to public pages of stratova.work, including the homepage, provided the link does not suggest that Stratova endorses you and does not frame the pages so that our contact details are hidden. You do not need permission for an ordinary editorial link. If you want to reproduce a photograph, ask first at contact@stratova.work.

If you find a fault in the public website, email contact@stratova.work with a description and the page address. Do not attempt to extract data that is not yours, do not disrupt the site, and do not use a finding as a pretext to send unsolicited commercial messages. We will look at good-faith reports about the site itself. A report is not an invitation to test client systems, which are outside this website and outside these terms. The site is written in English. If a translation is published later, the English text of these website terms prevails. A telephone call to +44 7537 194820 can start a conversation. It does not, by itself, amend these terms.

13. Law and contact

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory right a consumer cannot waive. The site is written for business readers. Notices about the site may be sent to contact@stratova.work or posted to STRATOVA LTD, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

Contact STRATOVA LTD at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, at contact@stratova.work, or on +44 7537 194820. For the terms that apply when Stratova actually performs services, read the terms and conditions. If a court finds one sentence of these website terms unenforceable, the rest remain in force. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. These website terms are the whole agreement about ordinary browsing of the public site, and they do not record a promise that is not written on the site or in a message we actually send. The photographs and written descriptions explain a technical practice. They are not a licence to reuse the images in your own marketing, and they are not a shelf product. If you are unsure whether a sentence is a contractual commitment, treat it as information until it appears in a statement of work.
